At Kingfisher Hotel, Golf & Country Club we boast our fully equipped health club, K-FITT.
Our state of the art Matrix equipment is integrated with digital screens, allowing you to create your own personal login and track your workouts. Along with having the capacity to attach your phone and access your apps on screen.
In addition, we have a 6m x 2m virtual screen within our studio, being the largest of it's kind within a gym setting in the UK. This will give our members the capability to enhance their workout experience by attending virtual classes, which are both scheduled and available on demand. If you'd like to change up your training, you can access the studio when free and select an on-demand class suited to your frame of mind.
We offer a range of functional training equipment from battle ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls and more. You'll find our outdoor space the perfect fit to develop your functional training skills.
Personal training is also available on request. Please speak to a member of the team if you'd like to find out more.
If you wish to unwind after your training session, you'll be happy to know our sauna and steam room are available for that purpose. A member of the team will be on hand to help where needed.
Male, Female and Accessible changing facilities are available and include lockers, hairdryers and showers.
To ensure you have the time to visit, you'll be pleased to know we are open from 06.30 - 22.00 Monday to Friday, and 07.30 - 20.00 Saturday and Sunday. So there is always plenty of time to visit us.
